The reason is that you never seem to know if you're issing out on something on the hard copy cd. For Antje's last cd, the erman-language track isn't included on the digital download, even though t's listed as a normal track on the cd. I wouldn't have known what I was issing if I'd bought the digital download. For me as a blind person, the iner notes don't do much good, so it's become less important to have the d, with the advent of digital downloads. Also, when I go to Richard's web ite, I can't access it, because of whatever animation is on the front page. ince I use a screen reader which speaks what's on the web page, it gets ung up on too much flash animation and graphics if it can't find text to ead. I even tried a few tricks like putting /noframes.htm or /index.htm to ry to get around the animation, but no luck. I will try Signature Sounds nd order the cd if it offers the digital as well. I also like when you buy inyl these days and it gives you a download card, or in the case of Lori cKenna's album Unglamorous from a few years ago, a cd of the album inside he vinyl's sleeve. atthew ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 13 Dec 2011 21:01:59 -0700 From: "Matthew Bullis" Subject: Re: [RS] Digital vs. Hard Copy Ah, it's written in the PHP language, not HTML. Didn't think of trying that one. I got the cd plus digital download from Signature Sounds. Thanks a lot. On Signature Sounds, they say a free download with each cd. It doesn't say that on the connextion site. And Signature Sounds is a penny cheaper! whoo hoo!
