Don't know for a fact that he hasn't, although I would doubt it, but I DID
hear someone yell it out as a request once during a solo show, with the short
and instant response "no" accompanied by a shake of the head. It must have
been post 9/11, because I remember him also declining Cold Missouri Waters and
closing with America.
