Unfortunately this site only lists US gigs. Richard has a few European dates scheduled already as well but they're not there. Antje Duvekot opened: Sex Bandaid Scream Long Way (with Richard and Sara on ANGELIC harmonies, Sara on violin, RS on electric guitar) Vertigo Dublin Boys Merry Go Round (in response to someone requesting "Play track 10") Then Richard. Only backup during the show was Sara, who was wonderful. Richard also played the entire set on electric guitar, a mid-60's Danelectro Convertible he said someone had bought at a garage sale for five bucks, then gave him. Here's what one looks like: http://www.halkans.com/images6/1245danelectro.jpg Juggler Out in Traffic Fenario Abby's Gone Satellites Get Up Clara Balloon Man Arrowhead Reunion Hill Sitting on Top of the World Transit Cold Missouri Waters (a relatively slow, chillingly haunting version) Fishing There Goes Mavis For the encore, in response to someone asking for something "zippy," Richard said he was going to REALLY disappoint, because he did the Stanley Brothers song "White Dove," with this positively, um, NON-zippy chorus: White dove will mourn in sorrow The willows will hang their head I live my life in sorrow Since mother and daddy are dead But he couldn't leave us that way, so he did "Are You Happy Now." All in all, good show, good sound, although I guess I missed the subtlety of the acoustic guitar somewhat. Still and all, it's Richard, so I was a happy guy. And for those of you who are counting, the RG Stalker Index is now up to 63 Richard shows.
