Subject: [RS] State of the Union.

While working out the transcription for "State of the Union" this 
weekend, I decided to Google the song to see if there was anything 
written about it, and came across this link which seemed to indicate 
that Richard was doing the song as early as October of 2002.  That 
seemed a little strange to me, since that would make it even 
pre-"Vuelta."  Anyone have any recollection of Richard doing the song 
that long ago?
