I can only hope that we'll see the covers CD he talked about on his website. Here's the setlist (I forgot a pen so I had to resort to mnemonics but I think I got it right): Acadian Driftwood (Robbie Robertson) Ballad of Mary Magdalen Lawrence, KS (Josh Ritter) Reunion Hill Fennario Northbound 35 (Jeffrey Foucault) Mavis Senor (Bob Dylan) song (or cancion :) by Silvio Rodriguez (Cuban songwriter) Cancion Sencilla (w/ the cutest and most charming intro ever ;) Next Best Western Che Guevara T-shirt Sitting on the top of the world (Doc Watson) Fishing Texas rangers Last fare of the day Transit (small issues with the lyrics here ;) - ---------------------- Hazel's House So let's see what he'll be playing tomorrow ;) Reinhard ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 27 Oct 2005 00:24:19 EDT From: Rongrittz@aol.com Subject: Re: [RS] Club Passim >> We were a "test" for new guitars and new cover songs. << Heck with the covers . . . what were the new guitars? ;-) RG ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 27 Oct 2005 00:30:13 -0400 From: Chris Foxwell Subject: Re: [RS] Club Passim On 10/26/05, Adam Plunkett wrote: > > This was one helluva show. I'm going to tonight's (Thursday's) show, I hope we get the same. Janet, no idea, sorry. :( I wasn't anywhere near a computer during the show. --Chris - -- "We were born in a dark age out of due time (for us). When Club Passim usually stream the shows I'm interested in, I have two computers recording, and an e-mail friend in Germany recording as my second. Neither of us could connect tonight, and though we'll try Thursday and Friday, it's doubtful that the connection will turn on. I hate to call down to the club or e-mail them, because I don't want to have them think we're not attending the shows because of the stream, but I'm in Phoenix and definitely can't go. It is a good service when it's available though, even though the quality is below normal standards. Thanks a lot. Matthew Tired of HotMail? Try Runbox. 1 gig of storage for a reasonable price.
