While in Lima, I saw a small guitar hanging from the ceiling of a tiny shop that was shaped to resemble the head of Che Guevara! I thought of Richard immediately. On the return to Lima, I wanted to go by the shop and ask about the guitar, but my flight was delayed and I got in late and had to fly home the next morning. Maybe these guitars are available all over South America (?) but I thought it was quite unique and that Richard might like it. If Richard (or anyone) is traveling to Peru... the guitar is in a small shop in an "Indian Market" a couple of blocks behind the Carmel Hotel in MiraFlores (district in Lima). In other news... I am planning a trip from California to see the relatives in Maine, in August, and to see Richard play in Ogunquit on 8/5!
