April 8 is listed on the Joe's Pub website, but you can't buy tx for that date. Anyway .. Have an inquiry about a song--A Summer Wind, A Cotton Dress. My wife and I have just had a heated argument as to what the "love put down comes back somehow" is. I say it's the love for his wife that the paramour feels will always come back. He says his (now) wife isn't so keen on the song either except he reminds her that SHE is really the "you" in the song. A rare autobiographical number. Sort of (at the time no kids 6 and 9 -- but I do believe he knew current wife before prior wife) Lisa Davis Jamie Younghans / John McDonnell wrote: > Have an inquiry about a song--A Summer Wind, A Cotton Dress.
