The "Tuning" section on richardshindell.com would seem to indicate that only 
"Last Fare," "Gray Green" and "Whippoorwill" are in standard.  For a long 
time, Richard had been doing "Whippoorwill" in DADGAD, either with no capo or at 
the first fret.  But a couple of weeks ago, I asked him if the site's 
indication that the song was in standard was a mistake, and he said no, that he had 
changed the song a bit (and that "Gray Green" can go either way).  Although at 
Joe's Pub, I'm sure he did SSTW in DADGAD, although with the capo way up around 
seven.  We'll see how it winds up on the album when it comes out in August.
