Thanks to Jim and Bill for the info on the Media. I drove down there to check it out and it is lovely. So I'm psyched. Hope he plays some of his new material. Also, Jim, I'll be seating the Keelaghan show at Godfrey's on the 22nd of March (Also seating Ellis Paul on the 21st - there's an incredible weekend!) so I'll keep an eye out for you. Finally, There's an interesting poetry reading in New York this week that I thought might be of interest to some of the many literary connoisseurs on this list living in the area. Although the subject is "Poets Against the Iraq War" I hope this isn't construed as a political post - not my intention. Kinnell and Bly reading in the same room, for me, will be a peak experience of a lifetime, no matter what the subject. I've long admired both. I'll be there. If you're interested, read the following post from my friend, John.
