Check this website for info on where to see it in your area: http://www.pbs.org/klru/austin If you are in the New York City area, try to watch Channel 25, WNYE, which comes in over-the-air in northern New Jersey ( with the right antenna ). But is also on many cable systems in the NYC area. Dar should come on at 9pm, followed by the "Mountain Stage" tv show - which bt the way featured Richard not that long ago. Check this website for more info about that: http://www.mountainstage.org And ...also... those of you in the NYC area... you might want to check the WFUV website. This coming Thursday, June 27th, they are having a free lunchtime concert featuring Dar, The Kennedys, and Christine Lavin, in order to draw people to campus to testify to the FCC about why WFUV should be allowed to finish building their damn tower. ( The folks on the other side of the highway at the Botanical Gardens say they can SEE part of the tower - and, God, we can't have that!). OK... see ya... Bob Paterson PS - Goodbye to Charlie Hunter. I met you once at Falcon Ridge and you were nice and actually recognized me from my posts to Dar list - which I thought was very cool. The music biz sometimes seems to be chock-full of weazels, especially managers. But from what I could tell, you seem an exception to the rule. Good luck in all your future endevors. I liked your paintings! "Go Gulf " is now my computer wallpaper. Cool! ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 22 Jun 2002 22:56:54 EDT From: TRNMT@aol.com Subject: Re: [RS] Time to Move Onward Hi all, This has certainly been a week ... first the joyous confirmation that Vanessa has graduated (I saw a picture of Princeton grads in the Star-Ledger weeks ago, and wanted to ask if our Vanessa was among those, but chickened out); then, the sad news of Lee's passing. He was an appreciated contributor to this list, and I'm certain that I had off-list correspondence with him given the age of our children. Charlie's news is certainly bittersweet. Whether we've met Charlie in person or not, I'd bet most of us have had some correspondence or connection with him or Kerry, etc. I have indeed felt like part of the process here on this list, and rejoice in all that Young/Hunter has done for Richard's career. I'm sure we all hope that he has been entrusted to an entity that will continue to nurture his work. Charlie, Carol, Kerry, .... best to you all. It has been a joy to know that you have been associated with this list, that our thoughts and concerns have been considered and taken into account ... I hope that everyone out there has felt like we're part of the team, because I most certainly feel like I have been. While this isn't a good bye, it's a tremendous thanks for all that you have done.
