The whole Christmas album is excellent, there are some great tracks on there, Dave & Tracy's and The Nields' cuts are really strong. Any word on when that will be? ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 21 Oct 2001 07:25:46 -0700 (PDT) From: Janet Cinelli Subject: Re: [RS] More Love (Before You Go) I heard the Christmas song from Dave & Tracy at FalconRidge of all places and times. It was a little weird to hear about Christmas when you're sitting, sweating and baking in the summer sun! But I really liked that song! It was cute without being "sugary" and corny! I also heard the new song from Richard back in August "Before you go"? It will take a couple of listens to really get the "feel" for the song. I liked the melody that's for sure, it sounds like a winner. I, too, am equally anxious to hear the new song! I hope he does release it soon. From your description, Eric, it > sounds as if it should be out there NOW. I sat literally in front of Richard today at the house concert in Wayne. The new song, I Am, is very moving and extremely intense. Shelley's right, it should be out there now. What a treat. This is about the 6th time I've seen Richard at that "venue" in Wayne. Almost every time I've been able to sit not more than 2 feet from him. Amazing! I can't think of anyone else of his stature who would chose to play at such a small place, when he could easily make more elswhere.
