Jim,

Are you on the panel of judges? I'm so grateful for your infinite mercy regarding my test results.  I have to say I was finding the judges a wee bit stringent, but no one ever said this road would be a smooth one.  But I like the way you think and nominate you to the RS Board immediately.  Anyone second?
