For anyone who might be interested, there is my review of two of Louise Taylor's recent performances now up at the Music Matters Review Online site (mmreview.com). Music Matters Review will be putting up concert reviews almost immediately after they happen, a new feature that no other music magazine currently offers. I will be reviewing Richard's Bottom Line show on Thursday -- look for the review by this weekend sometime. Hey, if you're on Richard's list, your judgment must be impeccable. Please feel free to reply off-line. Thanks! Today Tues. 4-25-2000 Hey All: Thought I'd try to be the first one to post that I just moments ago heard Rita Houston Of WFUV in New York City say that Richard was gonna be their in-studio guest sometime this afternoon. She didn't say what time or even which deejay was gonna do the interview - so that means your guess is a good as mine. My guess would be that it will be sometime after 1pm. Often they do the in-studios in the 2 o'clock or 3 o'clock hour... but anytime after 12 noon would be a safer bet. I'll make my best effort to catch it myself, of course, so I can fill everyone in on what he has to say. Guess he's promo-ing his upcoming Bottom Line appearance. Speaking of the Bottom Line show: Can anyone tell me if the show is sold out? Do I still have to drive all the way into the damn city to buy tickets in advance? And what does anyone know about "Mary Goshea" who I understand is opening the show for Richard? Oh... and you can listen to FUV on the web... www.wfuv.org so non-New Yorkers can still catch the interview. If I find out what time it is... I'll post again. See Ya... Today Tues. 4-25-2000 Ok... Rite just said 3pm for the Richard interview. This means sometime after 3pm in FUV-speak. But since Richard lives in the NYC area, and has been to FUV before, he is less likely to get lost than lots of other musicians. oh yeah... what are they getting for the Bottom Line tickets? Worth it, for sure, but I gotta save up for Steely Dan and Don Henley, and Falcon Ridge... and a new Fararri. The tickets are $20, and they only take cash at the box office, no plastic. Who is planning on going to that show, by the way? I'm shooting for being at the 7pm one myself. - -Rich ________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 25 Apr 2000 12:34:46 est From: "Amanda Lipnack" Subject: Re: [RS] Updated Tour Schedule This place really does exist and it's WONDERFUL!
