There's some willing suspension of disbelief. As the other two guys have noted, this is above the usual zombie fest. I started watching this as a concession to the hubby. However, the well drawn plot of the survivors and the moral questions it raises about where anyone's line in the sand is, make this better than "Night of the Living Dead".
