I don't know what happened with the Grassyhill archives except to know that they haven't been updated since July 2007. .? All RS archives can be found at http://www.smoe.org/lists/shindell-list.? They're not searchable, unfortunately, but RS list traffic is generally light enough that you'll be able to catch up easily. We examined his finger quite up close at McCabe's since a hand therapist was talking to him while I was. She gave good advice. He is still hyper-sensitive, or was a few weeks ago. I shared with him that I had chopped off the tip of my thumb with a knife (chopping potatoes while fuming angry at my husband; then he entered the kitchen asking what I was doing and WHACK!) and it has been numb still more than a year later. The therapist woman suggested a glove and/or prosthetic finger tip. Interesting!! I only wish he'd come back to California soon. As things are rapidly melting down and getting difficult, and the election is upon us I would love to hear some of the commentary at the shows. He did say he had picked up the Wall Street Journal for the first time since we are now in an economic crisis. AND I want to hear the music por su puesto. All of us must vote on November 4th. And Richard said he would of course too! We have HOPE for Obama! And let's have Grace too. Deana P.S. And please save the guitar chords etc....and my, you are quite good Ron. I hadn't checked out your website until you notified us that it was endangered. I just got my husband a guitar for his birthday, and I've taken home the autoharp to try to bring more music to my classroom. I would like to get a guitar for myself one of these days. Ron's Folk Chords is now living at a new address, http://members.cox.net/ronsfolkchords. Within a few days, you'll also be able to get there at http://www.ronsfolkchords.com, which right now is pointing to the AOL location. If I ever have to move the site again, that address will always point to wherever the site is hosted. Also, if you have the site bookmarked, or have a link to it on your own website, please change the link to the new address. Finally, I'd like to thank everyone for their kind words of support when I didn't know where the site was going to land, and a special thanks to those who offered up hosting solutions.
