I hadn't been to Richard's site in a while and: I SEE HE IS HEADED MY WAY in concert! Already bought tickets. Am very happy about this. :) thanks, Em - - - - - - - Emzdogz - a little of the social; a little of the solo. ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 14 Dec 2007 07:50:10 -0500 From: Jim Colbert Subject: [RS] randolph It's worth noting that this disc has a cool slow version of Fishing. Honestly, I think I've listened to this as much as South of Delia... I was hoping we might have had a similar effort from one of the shows with Greg and Sara, but that doesn't appear to be the case. - -Jim > Date: Thu, 13 Dec 2007 08:31:01 -0800 (PST) > From: Adam Plunkett > Subject: [RS] New Live CD > > Check out the home page of the website: > New Limited Edition Live CD > "Live from Randolph, Vermont," a concert recording which was > originally intended to be sold only to those in attendance at that > concert (Nov. 11 2006) is now for sale (preorders at this point) as > the first in a series of limited edition concert recordings. Richard definitely is underselling it. There are no major surprises, but it is certainly more than just a "minimal" recording. Very nice sound, though Lucy's vocals could have been a little more forward in the mix. And "Famous Blue Raincoat" is pretty near essential. I'm sure everybody on the list would enjoy this recording. - -- Greg - ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jim Colbert" To: Sent: Friday, December 14, 2007 7:50 AM Subject: [RS] randolph > It's worth noting that this disc has a cool slow version of Fishing. > Honestly, I think I've listened to this as much as South of Delia...
