He seemed like an accomplished musician, whose family tree forks. The Deliverance reference was made by Tom Paxton. BTW Janet, I was in Center Orchestra Row E, Seats 1&3. Glad I wasn't the only one irked by the venue. I was not disappointed in the acoustics, because i was sitting on the mezzanine area and there was no echo and very clear sound there. maybe that is the key, to sit higher up. Thank you Jeff for the bio material on Eric Weissberg. I enjoyed reading and seeing it validate my distant memory of his having played with Dylan. I really did enjoy the show although, G-d forgive me, I could have done with maybe 2 songs less of dear Tom and a few more from Richard. I totally understood that he was exhausted and that they had many miles to go before they slept. Quite frankly, I am not very good for being out most Fridays for sleep lost all working week long. Love that Richard is coming to live here for some months and hope to hear more concerts. And just echoing that I was very impressed with Sara the violinist. Interesting to hear a whole 'nother sensitive artist musician's weaving around Richard's tunes. Her vocals were sweet and I enjoyed them but find myself missing Lucy no matter how good the other voices are.
