Claudia goes off the air at 10am though... she normally does interviews between 8am and 10am... if someone konws the correct info, please post it. And update of the exact time and date of the Nassau Community College Folk Festival info would be cool too. This is a good time, IMHO. I saw Dar there once and I had fun. I had a bit of a hard time finding it exactly... it's real near the Nassua Colliseum ( where I once saw a woman named Linda Rhondstat open for Neil Young... and her back-up band had this unknow guy named Henley on drums and this other unknow guy named Fry on Guitar ). Boy, am I old. Anyway... maybe you want to go to mapquest and get some directions and bring a good map with you. There are a zillion roads in that part of Long Island... and you can get really really lost without a map. Is Richard gonna do other interviews? World Cafe? NPR? Charlie Rose? ( I wish.. he did have Springsteen one night though). John Platt or Pete Fornatel ( both of wfuv)? Newspapers? I could suggest it to my paper ( The Bergen Record)...but who or where would I tell them to contact? see ya.... Bob Paterson... ps... I saw Susan Werner at Joes Pub last week... she was great... she has a new album of all piano music... all "caberet" stuff... in the style of Cole Porter and the Gershwins... very nice... many who enjoy Richard will enjoy Susan... and ...um... she's a very easy on the eyes as well... ( I refuse to offer an opinion as to whether Richard is easy on the eyes... but I would guess in his single days he probably had the folk-singer-troubador-chick-magnet thing down pretty good). ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 20 Mar 2004 16:13:31 -0800 (PST) From: adam plunkett Subject: Re: [RS] Richard to be interviewed on WFUV-FM ( NYC station) Yes, I highly recommend Susan Werner as well. The new album you mention is called "I Can't Be New" and is great. And yes, she is quite attractive...she is probably 10-15 yrs older than I, but when I first saw her 5 yerars ago, I was quite impressed. ;) Adam - --- Bobdog25nj@aol.com wrote: > > ps...
