[Rongrittz@aol.com] ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Date: Sat, 13 Sep 2003 11:40:46 -0400 From: "Gene Frey" Subject: [RS] Full Circle Hey you guys, In a wholly unexpected, yet extremely pleasant turn of events, Richard is returning to the venue where we first saw him perform some 35 shows ago, The Brokerage in Bellmore, NY. This is unexpected to me, as he has played IMAC on Long Island, a theater venue that holds at least three times as many people as The Brokerage. No complaints, however, as the Brokerage is about 5 minutes from my house, and is a friendly, club atmosphere. In fact, it is a comedy club except the one Wednesday a month when acoustic music is heard. Even though the show is just three days after the 92nd St. Y show, we will definitely be there. Yay, a chance to hear the new stuff twice in a week, without driving over a bridge. Gene F. _________________________________________________________________ Need more e-mail storage? On the Greg list, with the exception of a Warren Zevon and a Johnny Cash tribute, people stuck to Greg Brown titles. On the Dar-list people have chosen different artists, as well as Dar. It inspired me to do one using Richard Shindell and bring this to the Richard list. >Pick a band or an artist and use only their song titles to answer the following questions. 1. Lucy Kaplansky and Jeff Foucault (who put on a great show at the Outpost in the Burbs last week) will also be at the TP (on separate nights) over the next month or so.
