Yes, once again, Richard's new "If I'm gonna buy a new guitar, I gotta sell an old guitar" policy benefits the group. He's just bought a new Lowden, which means he's looking to move his Martin CEO4-R. It's practically brand-new, having been purchased from Elderly Instruments just this past March. It's got a magnificent sunburst Adirondack spruce top, East Indian rosewood back and sides, and a J-45 slope-shouldered shape. Fishman saddle pickup installed. There's one scratch on the back, but otherwise it's in mint condition. As with the guitars he sold to three members of this list just a few months ago, I can tell you that I've played this actual guitar, and it's a beauty. Best neck action I've ever played on a Martin, and I'm not usually a big Martin fan. And if I didn't already have more guitars than I know what to do with, I'd be taking this baby for myself. Honest engine. Here's the link to the Martin website for more information: http://www.martinguitar.com If anyone's interested, feel free to write me off list . . . RG P.S. Any resemblance between this list and eBay is purely coincidental. ;-) ------------------------------ End of shindell-list-digest V5 #172 ***********************************
