Subject: [RS] Richard in Santa Cruz

How exciting!  Richard is arriving on the west coast very soon, if he hasn't 
already!  The show at the Rio ought to be exciting.  I'd make the 3 hour trek 
south to see him and Joan if I didn't have to go to my silly time consuming 
job.  Santa Cruz is my "hometown" in California.  I moved there in 85 from 
Vermont, met and married my wife there and finished my bachelor's degree at 
the UC.  I'm also really intrigued by the Rio Theatre's reincarnation as a 
performing arts venue and want to catch a show there sometime soon.  Enjoy it 
y'all and I look forward to reading a review or two here on the list.  

After Santa Cruz the tour heads up to Oregon and Washington for a couple of 
weeks before heading back down to northern California.  I will be seeing them 
here in Sebastopol on the 24th.  I have front row tickets.  That is just too 
cool!
