I sent their customer service department an e-mail well over a month ago asking about the availability of the Spring EP, and followed up a few days later with a voice mail message. No one has ever bothered to respond to my inquiries. Frankly, I'm disgusted by such a lack of customer service. Is this normal for them? I had a great experience with their customer service, I think it was when buying Courier. I had ordered two copies but only received one. I e-mailed them about it, got a response within a day, and received my missing copy (along with an additional free sampler) so quickly that I'm sure they sent it out immediately. I'm getting lazy in my old age I guess. Well at least I have to say I've heard him do all those already, I think! If you want to polish up your french let me send some terrific French-language Breton "folk"/singer-songwriter music -- gave some of it to Richard!
