Subject: [RS] Richard at Kerrville

Hey everyone,

All this talk of Richard in Texas again gets me thinking about the
Kerrville Folk Festival.  I noticed that Richard is on the bill for the
festival, but haven't seen a date yet.  Does anyone know when he will be
there and for sure if he is planning on it?  Anyone else planning on
going?  Now that I'm in California I wanted to figure out which weekend I can make
it.
