It could well be an AOL problem. I'm wondering if anyone else was able to see my post at the archive on Saturday. Or, like me, didn't see it until Monday or Tuesday with the digest. I'm always ready to blame AOL for these glitches because they always seem incompatible with so many things. Then again I could be totally off base here. I forget what the word was, exactly, but it might have been "cancel." (It was one of the smoe defaults, at any rate.) I was at a bachelorette party for a friend of mine this weekend and didn't get to do any email until Monday, which is when I approved the post. Mystery solved. I try to approve bounced posts as fast as possible but there are times when I'm out of town or away. Perhaps in the future I'll ask someone to fill in for those purposes, although usually there are not enough bounced posts to warrant it. What do others think? As the list grows and grows, maybe it's a good idea. - --Sally P.S. This post bounced also and I've had to manually approve it. I might look into taking "cancel" off the list of taboo words. _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 7 Nov 2001 16:17:43 -0500 From: Elwestrand Subject: [RS] FWD: Mark Erelli I thought we all would like to know more about how Mark Erelli is doing and also where we could send cards, etc. Charlie was able to get some info for us on Mark Erelli's condition. Are there other words on that list that we should know about? I mean if some people had their way, Baez would be on the list. ;-) Norman, hoping he hasn't mentioned any of the banned words. ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 08 Nov 2001 01:14:51 -0500 From: Vanessa Wills Subject: [RS] Lazy oooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh That, my friends, is an expression of how lovely I happen to think this little ditty is. I'm listening to the CD right now and happily, oh, so happily, my a cappella group has FINALLY learned the vocal arrangement I did of the song and we are performing it tomorrow night! Even more happily, we do internal auditions to decide who sings solos, and I got the solo. oooooooooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh OK. I am excited. Now I must stay up all night writing about G.E. Moore. - --Vanessa - -- "I still confuse mowing down with getting through." -Jeff Lang, "throw it all," from _Cedar Grove_ ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 08 Nov 2001 01:09:56 -0500 From: "Norman A.
