Thanks Toby . FYI (and in case anyone else needs to know) I called
NEXTicketing's  service line the next day (Friday morning) and the person
tried it, couldn't get it to work, put me on hold, then came back and said
"try again, the webmaster just fixed something."  I tried again and it went
through fine. When I inquired as to whether it was my call that prompted the
fix, she said "I'm not sure what he did, but I guess so." 

So I guess Richard owes me one, or else the place would have been empty that
night!  ;-)

enjoyed the concert one week ago in silver
spring, md.
was hoping to find out the name of a song richard did that night,
beautiful ...... !!!!!
he mentioned it was written by peter rowan (?) but not sure.
then he never said a title.
but the lyrics included "hobo"   and
"gamblin man."  any ideas?
it was really beautiful.

The Hobo Song.  A great recording of it is on the 1973 eponymous album by
Old And In The Way, with Jerry Garcia, David Grissman, Peter Rowan,
Vassar Clements & John Kahn.  Still available at cdnow and borders, etc.
