I accidentally did something funky to the config file for the shindell-list, 
which is why things have looked kind of weird lately.  I think I just fixed 
it, but we'll see.  Charlie Sweeney offered to help out, and Charlie, if 
this doesn't fix it, then I will definitely take you up on it.  Thanks!

My ditzy friend and his equally ditzy boyfriend ended up not going to the show because (a) they
didn't want to spend the extra $2/ticket at the door, (b) his boyfriend decided suddenly that he
did not like Richard Shindell (he liked him again as soon as the show was over) and (c) they
thought that it was probably in a bad part of town, like a red light district. If it's called the
"Red Light Cafe," I'm figuring the area is probably not actually a red light district. Weirdos.

My friend did tell me that his favorite songs on the album are "Wisteria" and "Little Blue Pill."
New fans are so cute. :-)

Subject: [RS] Kate Wolf Memorial Music Festival

It takes place at a beautiful vineyard in Sebastopol, CA.  I went to one 
day of it last summer, when the musical highlights for me were John Gorka, 
Lucy Kaplansky, and Nina Gerber.  We also got to see Greg Brown do a 
tweener (he had a full set scheduled the following day, but I couldn't 
afford to attend both days).  More info can be found at
