CURE AIDS!!! Okay, so perhaps that a little ambitious - however, if you are in the Birmingham area or within feasible driving/public transport journey distance, you may be able to help make some people's lives that little bit better, feel good about yourself, and experience one brilliant night of entertainment all at once! This Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (November 30th to December 2nd) I will be taking part in a charity concert for World AIDS Day. The show features 12 young, talented and sexy individuals (well, 11 and me) performing numbers from shows such as Rent, Bill Russell's Elegies for Angels, Punks and Raging Queens, and Cabaret, as well as scenes from (amongst other things) Angels in America. There will be step-tapping. EVERY SINGLE PENNY goes to The Terrence Higgins Trust, Avert, and the National AIDS Trust. AIDS is not a problem that disappeared with the nineties. It is on the increase each and every day. You can help a little bit right now. Tickets are a mere #7. You can buy them online at www.birminghamboxoffice.co.uk or over the phone on 0121 303 2323. So, if you can spare an evening, curtain up is 7:30pm and all you need to do is buy your ticket and get to the Central Library Theatre in Chamberlain Square (next to the Central Library) in Birmingham, erm, England at about 7 for pre-show fun! ALSO - your ticket to Breaking the Silence gets you discounted entry - half price, I do believe - into one of the biggest clubs in the Midlands - the Nightingale Club, who are generously sponsoring this entire thing. Come on Saturday night and the entire cast (young, talented, and sexy, remember - and me) will join you at the Nightingale for partying until they throw us out (or until they stop playing my Shania Twain requests, whichever comes first). Perhaps you live in another country and therefore feel you are not included. It is still World AIDS Day on Friday! Buy a ribbon, show your support, and, please, do whatever you can. xxxx Fiona Visit my website! www.fionaelizabeth.com - --------------------------------- Everyone is raving about the all-new Yahoo!
