I remember recieving this email shortly after 9/11. I'm surprised it's still 
making the rounds. Anyway, forwards that are off topic are considered to be 
part of list rule # 5 (no advertisements, chain letters). I'll make ammendments 
later to include off topic forwarding.

Not to mention it also violates points # 4 and 5. In the future I would ask 
all memebers to keep these guidelines in mind when posting. Being respectful to 
others is the bottom line-if you can't do that, then don't post. I'm giving 
Mitchell the benefit of the doubt on this one this time.
