Hudson posted the setlist already: Sheryl Crow -- journal One thing though she didn't do Safe & Sound...they played American Girl instead, if my memory serves correct, right before Winding Road. Apparently she spent her afternoon on the motorbikes at KTM like she did last time (remember that pic of her with the scraped arm from the tour journal)? She was in a great mood, the band sounded great...the crowd for the most part was good (except I was in the right section, old people central). Loved the story she told in the break of LLV about her friend "Jack Daniels" heh, cute. So my day began with us getting there approx an hour before show time sans tickets (I procrastinate)...we were checking with some scalpers but I wasn't really feeling that so we asked the box office if there was any chance of some tix being released close to show time. The guy said that if we waited till approx 5 till the show started there might be some. So we walked around, talked to the other scalper guy who wanted $180 for 3 lawn tix ($15 over face each)...I had a feeling that I should wait and check with the box office first. Right before they offered the tickets, we saw them giving this lady $100 for 4 tickets (face value $180) and then bitch to us how if they gave it to us for $160 they wouldn't make money...I know it's typical scalper but it really rubbed me the wrong way. Anyway the box office deal paid off and we got some decent seats location wise...right side, row l...like I said only prob this was the deadest section, lots of middle aged people not wanting to move. The people in the middle and in the back were off their feet though, which was good. Overall the crowd was really into the show. I saw Dave P & Mitchell from the forum, as well as another lady from my seat after it started...didn't see any of them to say hi afterward though. Well, I'll write more later, I'm still pretty pumped after the whole concert experience. - -Phyllis ------------------------------ End of sheryl-crew-digest V6 #91 ********************************
