Like Greg said in his reply, they will send you a thank you note, but they won't bother you about donating.

Sheryl thinks very highly of this organization as she donates her used clothing for sale in Kennet with the proceeds going to the Childrens home. i had a chance to meet Patti when we went to Kennett while down in MO for SHERYL's Benefit concert and she is a very committed and personable person.
