It's very interesting to read. It talks about the preperations for the 2 meter sessions recording Sheryl did here in Holland. Here's the link, it's in the articles section: http://www.sherylcrow.fr.fm/ You can also view pics of Sheryl singing the National Anthem and download the song too. That's in the pictures section. Brigitte ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 3 Nov 2000 09:39:20 +0100 From: Brigitte Subject: [sheryl-crew] Sheryl in Q:Maximum Dylan I saw a magazine this morning, it's a special edition of Q (the UK one) and I think it was called Maximum Dylan. There's one page photo in there and a one page article about Sheryl and her Bob Dylan recordcollection. I couldn't find a date on this mag, but I think this is very recent, cause Sheryl already has her new hairstyle. There's a small pic of her in the indexpage too. I like that one more cause on the big one she's looking like: is this the right position? It's a pic made in Sheryls studio living room in Hollywood. She's sitting in front of the piano surrounded by Dylan LP's. You can see a piece of her house, like the stairs behind her with indianlike glasses on every step. I think she puts candles in there? Very romantic. I don't know if you can get it in the U.S. it cost 4,99 pounds. I didn't buy it cause it was two expensive for me ($12,50) but maybe somebody can and scan them in? I know there must be a couple of guitar players among you. Well, I got a question for you: Is there any good tablature book (Sheryl´s songs of course) that you may recomend? I´ve just bought an acoustic & I want to learn All of her songs. Thanks in advance. I have the Sheryl Crow Guitar/Vocal with tablature book, that I bought at Brumbacks house of Music, my local music store. (music store as in sells instruments, and sheet music, not record store) This book has all the songs from her self titled album. They also had two other books, one titled Tuesday NIght Music Club, with all her first album songs, and *surprise* one called the Globe Sessions with all her 3rd album songs. These books are all published by Warner Brothers Publications/International Music Publications Limited, and run about 22 dollars each. Pretty nice books. I had to have the store I went to order the self titled in, because they only had the TNMC at the time. He had a big ass catalogue (probably 6 inches thick) of all the tab books avaliable, so I recomend checking out your local music store. If you still have trouble, I can help you out. - -katie From: "Adreth" To: Subject: [sheryl-crew] any guitar player out there? Date: Fri, 3 Nov 2000 18:26:50 -0300 Hi Crew!!! I also have the "Sheryl Crow" one. It's not as good as The Globe Sessions, but it's still worth buying. Plus TGS has more songs that sound good with an acoustic. Hope I helped! - -Makinzy >From: "Adreth" >To: >Subject: [sheryl-crew] any guitar player out there? >Date: Fri, 3 Nov 2000 18:26:50 -0300 > >Hi Crew!!! > >I know there must be a couple of guitar players among you.
