Actually your vote is counted by your IP address. Only one vote from any one IP address is allowed per day. Diffrent browsers don't count, as they don't change your IP address. In most accounts, to change your IP simply logof and then redial your connection. SOme connection types (Such as DSL, Cable MOde, and T1) might change your IP when you reboot your computer and turn of and on your Cable / DSL Modem.
