That had to be hard. I know for me it is, cause they're all so goooood! Pavorotti? Hmm, An Italian (Want to hold your hand) Don't know whether that's Sheryl or not, but she could sing it if she wanted. So Classical Music is what she studied. I knew sha e had studied music then taught it. See we all can learn something. Keep up the comments. If I remember correctly one of her cd's was basically primal screaming mascarading as "art". I know she was a somewhat famous artist, but it was modern art and I never could understand that. Even Lennon had a song or two that was just screaming if I recall. Maybe it was great "therapy", but clearly not music...why put it on a album is beyond me.... As great as Lennon was (and he wrote some classics) lets face it - - he and Yoko were both a little wierd... How many solo artist women were there in the 90's that didnt go out with a one hit wonder? Not that many that I can think of. I think they were just desperate to fill space. I thought the list was fair, there were a couple that I thought were out of place, but if that's the way thousands voted, and these voters are the people being influenced by those artists, then hey, it must be a pretty accurate list.
