Personally I didn't expect much from Bill Bottrell's producing, but the outcome is worth listening. She sounds like Carole King with the voice of Lucinda Wiliams to me. She can sing soulful songs too that I related to some typical Aretha Franklin stuff. I don't say she has much in common with Sheryl, but some songs in the album might fit Sheryl too. It's a surprise that she's from the country scene originally.
