In fact, the process of getting the rights to all of the performers may delay the album's release: Crow's label wants it out by the Christmas season, but the bartering process may cause it to be pushed to next year.>> This was a couple of weeks ago, a newer article on the site says: <Sheryl Crow: IMYH ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 21 Nov 1999 23:14:00 EST From: SonicTonix@aol.com Subject: [sheryl-crew] Sheryl vs. Fiona??? Hi guys, I was reading a review of the latest release by Fiona Apple. The CD title is Apple's reaction to criticism she received by both the press and the public a few years ago. It said that it was rumored that the line in "There Goes The Neighborhood" that sounds something like "the girl standing in her pantyhose in the shower" (any fan will know the line I just botched up) is referring to Apple. I never really picked up on it. What do the rest of you think??? I did find someone to take over for me for this weekend...RLmom2JJ@aol.com...LeeAnne. She's not a frequent poster, but she's been on the list since the very beginning practically, so her and I go way back. :-) So, if you have any problems unsubscribing, you can e-mail her. Also, if your message bounces, you'll probably receive a message from her letting you know why and what you might have to do. Be sure you listen to LeeAnne, and be nice to her! :-) Oh, and this shall be effective from Tuesday night or Wed. afternoon (not sure yet) until late Sunday. Thanks for you attention!
