I believe that this was released in Japan and perhaps also in Germany. The second disc is a live disc. These are now out of print. I would like desparately to find one, paraticularly the Japanese version if possible, although I'll take what I can get at this point. Can anybody help with any ideas. The studio cd also includes 2 extra tracks that the US original doesn't have, Sad Sad World, and Hard To Make A Stand (alternate version).
