I remember reading that very clearly, she said something about having to sleep with people to get ahead. I'm pretty sure it was autobiographical as well. I'm not sure if she did sleep with anyone to get ahead but I'm pretty sure she hinted that someone had said that to her at one time. Whatever happened to her getting pregnant in February? She'd be starting to show sometime soon. Once again I have to recommend that Q interview, it's fantastic, I read it again today and I think it gives a real insight. It has nothing to do about whether she killed Kurt, don't know, don't care, or even Hole's music. I bought the single Celebrity Skin because I thought it was very good. Having said that, I just have always had an irrational dislike of her. Until she was on the Ozone over here doing an interview. She was asked a pretty run of the mill question to start it off and she just replied "Ask us smart questions, we're smart people" in a really snotty, whiney voice. Then she was asked "Where are Hole musically now?" and she started ranting about how they would have to be more specific with the questions and refused to answer. The whole way through she acted as if this interview was something below her and just was really, really, unpleasant and bratty. The other two members of Hole just sat on either side laughing as if they were her cronies. It just totally reinforced my dislike of her and I think she has a serious superiority complex as well as being rude and awkward. If she was going to do an interview she might as well make an effort, perhaps she's aiming for a certain public, I don't know but she really doesn't impress me at all. Just as a counterpoint I should say once again that I do like Hole's music but I can't stand her personally. Oh, and I do have a bit of a thang for the interviewer, Jayne Middlemiss, but that had very little to do with my opinion of Courtney. I don't speak for anyone else though and maybe she just had a bad day.
