That's what happened to me on Monday anyway..... I turned TNT on at 7:00 PM and the show was coming to an end. Luckily, I caught the repeat which came on right after. [The listing for Monday in the TV Guide was 8:00 & 10:00 PM.] Also, it runs for about two hours and ten minutes. Don't miss the opening! Sheryl was incredible! Everybody I know this is not a Sheryl Crow subject But I need help and was wondering if my fellow Sheryl Crow lovers can help me out on this. I recently made a commitment to run in the United States Marine Corps Marathon in Washington D.C. That's right, 26.2 miles! On October 24th, 1999 I will be joining approximately 3,000 other very special people raising money in the fight against AIDS. It's all part of the National AIDS Marathon training Program, a new project to raise money for AIDS Project Los Angeles, the leading provider of HIV and AIDS services in Los Angeles County. Despite recent advances in treatment of the disease with medications, the epidemic is far from over. 40,000 Americans are infected with HIV every year. Last year 2.5 million people in the world died of AIDS. 30.6 million adults and children worldwide are living with HIV and AIDS. One of the things that I am most excited about is that the money raised through this program will be targeted to vital AIDS services that will actually help keep people alive until there's a cure. During the six-month National AIDS Marathon Training Program, I will be running a little further each week. In all I expect to log nearly 500 miles! In addition to the physical challenge, as part of my commitment I've agreed to raise at least $2,600 in pledges by August 16th. Please consider supporting me by making a pledge. Keep in mind that a contribution of any amount will help me attain my personal goal and will make a real difference in the lives of those living with HIV and AIDS. This program is one of the greatest physical challenges I've ever faced. Thank you for supporting me in this big undertaking.
