Hey Crew, How's everyone doing today??? Well, I have a kind of hard to accept request... I'm in the procees of making a video compilation of Sheryl's stuff for a friend of mine but some apparently interesting things are missig. So, I'm basically looking for Sessions at West 54 (both if possible) as well as Austin City Limits. I'd be really glad if someone would be willing to copy at least one of those shows for me, I'm willing to pay for all the expenses even more... So, please, try to help a crew - -member "in need" and e-mail me privately if you're willing to tape that for me -I will furnish the tape, shipping plus extra cash if wanted. Thank you for answering, and once again, this is for a Christmas gift so be understanding. I'm sorry for the pointless talk.... Have fun and have a nice week end Anne ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 11 Nov 1999 22:35:47 +0100 From: "Jean-Christophe Counio" Subject: Re: [sheryl-crew] Alyson Max (you've got to check her out!) > "stolen moments"? i have a good friend of mine who > LOVES this song, and he was looking for the lyrics. Hey David thanks for the lyrics !!! I think Laurence was talking of me and that's true I love that song, I'm actually listerning to it at least 10 times a day !! It must be one of her earlier ones, it's titled "SHERYL CROW If it makes you happy" it has Sheryl in a white sleevelees shirt on the cover. It only has four songs on it, 2 that i"ve heard iimyh, and nsiwbe; the other two I had never heard before Keep on Growing and I'm Going to Be a Wheel Someday. they're 2 spunky little tunes that I now know the words to after listening to them all day, here at work. I think we have another convert after today as our Recording Secretary says she likes those tunes and didn't get tired of them being on all day. Oh by the way I don't know what the other artists sound like yet i haven't taken Sheryl off the cd yet. But I don't see how they can even come close to SHERYL, but i will try to listen to them with an open mind. One final note on this, when I bought these albums the clerk at the counter said you must be a Sheryl Crow fan, Iwonder how he knew? I told your right she's the greatest of all times i think i stunned him. I first heard the song "I'm Gonna Be a Wheel Someday" when I seen it on a jukebox and played it--I; of course, loved it and had to buy the single with it on it. I am still trying to decide if I like the If It Makes You Happy single better or the Everyday Is A Winding Road one with EIAWR, Sad Sad World, In Need, and Standing On the Outside on it. I love them both and probably never will decide. I've decided to overhaul my website and make a new section devoted to sheryl. I'm wanting to include bio/info, pics and links to other sheryl info sites. Those of you who have done such things now, did you write Sheryl's bio, or did you get it from someone else's site? If any of you have a really accurate bio I could use, and you wouldn't mind me using it, please email me personally (jiraines@yahoo.com) and also, please send me any links for sheryl pages you may have, as I would love to make a link page as well.
