I remember reading Claudia Perry's "review" and being really p.o.ed about it... Hehe so don't try the links if you get upset easily when someone writes negative stuff about Sheryl. About the Rolling Stone thing I hope Sheryl wins, but no hard feelings if Sarah wins either. She's pretty cool, and both her and Sheryl have some good fans ..Go Sheryl though :) Finally about Woodstock..Sheryl had a lot of guts to stay out there and I really respect her for that. It may not have looked bad on TV but I really think it was as bad for her as Sarah was saying, I mean the crowd sucked especially after she participated at the 94 version. I don't think Sheryl doesn't rock as hard or whatever, just that her rock music is different, then the hard rock/rap/metal that's out now, and I don't think lol that's she's trying to top that. I think she realizes it's a faze, and I doubt her next album will be influenced by what happened @ Woodstock. Sheryl's a fighter, that girl isn't going to make a country album unless she has her mind set on it already. Whatever it is, I'm sure it'll be a great album. I thought someone else was going to send the setlist and review of the Jones Beach, NY Lilith Fair with Sheryl. I'm glad I took down the setlist now. Sheryl was superb. She's really starting to take advantage of Everyday is a Winding Road to just let loose and rock out, it was great to see. She got practically all the artists to help her out too: A Change Anything But Down Everyday is a Winding Road - Ash Sood played the bongos on this one and Sheryl ran over to him and stuck the microphone in his face and they sang the chorus together, I was funny. Am I Getting Through (Parts I & II) - She let the dial tone at the end go for a while so the people who weren't familiar with this song was lost, but I wasn't! If It Makes You Happy w/ Chrissie Hynde from The Pretenders - After this song, Sheryl said it was hard to follow Chrissie every night and that Chrissie's a real rock star. Then, she said she get's a well deserved kick in the ass from Chrissie's performance every night. Anything But Down Sweet Child O'Mine Strong Enough w/ Sarah McLachlan There Goes The Neighborhood w/ Me'Shell Ndegeocello playing Sheryl's bass Sheryl sang Sarah McLachlan's song Angel as the last song on Sarah's setlist. Their duet was really lovely, but I think it shows the contrasts between Sheryl and Sarah alot. I think it was a little difficult for Sheryl to match Sarah's smooth, airy/floaty sound, but it was a real treat to hear them together. Around that time, Sarah said a few things in humor about Sheryl, but she wasn't speaking very loud and I was sitting further back so I didn't get to hear most of it. All I caught was when she said Sheryl was kinky and that Sheryl's the real "bad one". Oh yeah, she said that right after she told a story about a women who danced for her in a g-string and bra or something out of nowhere. After Sheryl and Sarah sang the song, they hugged and kissed and Sarah said something to Sheryl and Sheryl pushed her away smiling, it was funny, I wish I knew what Sarah said though. I don't know what song everyone sang together last though, but Sheryl and everyone were having a good time. When it was Sheryl's turn to sing, she waved her arms back because she wanted the microphone all to herself and Sarah was laughing. Did anyone else go see the show? Please email me if you did so we can talk about it. Take care everyone! I submitted 1 question and got 2 answers !! Incredible. I don't understand why they cut it in two parts. Maybe they didn't get it because of my bad english. Anyway.... I was wondering if there's a kind guitar genius soul in here who has figured out "Maybe That's Something", and could let me use that tablature in my site. I could just copy what's in the The Globe Sessions tablature book, but that would be cheating and it even seems a bit off, does anyone agree ? For that song of course, not the whole book. So, if anyone can help me e-mail me, thanks a whole bunch, David PS - The Crew has been really quiet! What's up with that, lol.
