She mentioned something about issue 4 having a review of the Wembly show. I'm sorry I don't have much more info, this is really all she mentioned. Maybe some of THe UKers on this list could give more info..Thanks ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 17 Apr 1999 17:17:44 PDT From: "David Ribeiro" Subject: Again on Rolling Stone Crew, There's a Sheryl Crow picture in Rolling STone magazine, the issue is not out yet, but should be soon, it has Kurt Cobain on the cover. The show was hot. I have never been to a concert before, but I'll tell ya, what a great way to begin. I certainly hope she comes by my way soon so I can see her again. Also, I thought Semisonic did a great job too. I think the best songs she performed were "The Difficult Kind" and "Home". She put a lot of heart and soul into those two songs. The violin player did a phenomenal job in "The Difficult Kind". WOW!! I had pretty good seats - I had 8th row center orchestra. She looks even better in person. I went a little bit overboard at the merchandise table though. I bought a T-Shirt, a tour program of The Globe Sessions album,(fantastic little item,) and a key chain. Was there anything to buy at the show you went to? I bought the 2 shirts, the windbreaker, the mug, the keychain, the hat, and the program (which I was fortunated to have Jim Bogios sign). And of course I was FLAT broke, but I think they were worth it... She is indeed great live.
