I would definitely not agree that Ian's voice was on top form. Certain songs were certainly very good and the OC set with the orchestra was excellent. Sound levels were much better during this set too low during the first set. I thought Ian was probably good on about 4 songs in each set, the first of which on a whole was pretty pedestrian with no atmosphere around the venue bar possible amidst those stood at the front. On a few notes I even cringed which is a first and that sowed the seed of thinking perhaps his gig days are over, certainly through, Nothing Last Forever.
