Talking about the management for a moment - Peasey couldn't even be bothered to forward on cd's of my mixes which I asked him to give to Will and Mac. Eventually I caught up with Will [with Peasey, in fact] and gave Will another copy - he was 'made up' [as they say in the 'pool!] whilst Peasey looked suitably sheepish. If only they could get Bill Drummond back......... Rant over. Steve G. p.s. I've closed my Sex Gods site as I got sick of waiting for my mate Eastie to contribute, originally he was going to write a big 'Life in the Sex Gods' account but it never happened :p] If anyone missed it, I have some great audio of The Sex Gods with Pete DF playing drums [reluctantly, he was supposed to be guitar but Tim Whittaker dropped out of the session] - I'll post them at some point and let y'all know. >>Have to say that the site Ivan ran put most "professional" efforts to shame<< ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ **************Bunnymen Online Presence******************** ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ http://www.bunnymenlist.com * http://www.bunnymen.info http://www.bunnymen.com * http://www.fotolog.net/sgtfuzz/ http://www.villiersterrace.com/ * http://www.angelfire.com/wy2/discog/ http://homepage.ntlworld.com/stevedoughty/index.html ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ * ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 18 May 2007 15:58:45 -0400 From: "Brian Andersen" Subject: Re: seven-seas virus on bunnymen website I was on another forum and a bulletin was posted about security vulnerabilities in the version of the forum that Peter was using. You were supposed to install the patch from the company. I sent Peter the bulletin. I think maybe I got a "thanks mate" or something but he never updated it. Less than a month later the forum was hacked. It just seems like he does not value input from people trying to help out. I've seen this on the forum too. It's his way or no way. I'm sorry but he just isn't that good to have that kind of attitude. A few years ago my friend Bernie Connor from Liverpool [he's on the Seven Seas gatefold sleeve, was involved with the Bunnymen in the early days and was part of 'Life At Brians'] and who is an old friend of Les's asked me to ask Peter to forward on Bernies phone number to Les as he'd lost Les's number. I emailed Peter numerous times and although he read the emails [read receipts] he ignored them all. I have a word for people like that [a bit like 'toaster' but with one less T and an extra S!] Steve G. - ----- Original Message ----- From: "Brian Andersen" To: Sent: Friday, May 18, 2007 8:58 PM Subject: Re: seven-seas virus on bunnymen website > I was on another forum and a bulletin was posted about security > vulnerabilities in the version of the forum that Peter was using.
