Sure, it's a little short on the Will contributions, but Mac hit a peak on it . . . I know Mac, and he's great, and I know Ian, and he's greater . . . and that album was all about Mac becoming Ian, and it succeeded. Think its much more melancholic than other bunnymen stuff. Very pretty tho...i really liked it at the time adn still put it on occasionally. Reminds me of a breakup esp hte lyrical themes. "Stormy Weather," as well. That's a classic. I also find myself humming "Flowers" quite often, too... Such a strong catalog. Maybe it should have been a two-disc set. ;) best, FBC ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ **************Bunnymen Online Presence******************** ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ http://www.bunnymenlist.com * http://www.bunnymen.info http://www.bunnymen.com * http://www.fotolog.net/sgtfuzz/ http://www.villiersterrace.com/ * http://www.angelfire.com/wy2/discog/ http://homepage.ntlworld.com/stevedoughty/index.html ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ * ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 08 Jan 2007 09:10:52 -0500 From: "Henry Biedenkapp" Subject: seven-seas Echo & The Bunnymen Mark III I really love WAYGTDWYL too. Along with Siberia and Flowers. In fact, we always talk about our love for the first four masterpieces, I'm now believing that "Echo & The Bunnymen Mark III" is just as relevant. IMO, my least played cd in this bunch is "Evergreen" although "Nothing Lasts Forever" is a true masterpiece. This is just my thinking and although I know I'm technically wrong because of the lack of Will Sargeant. I now consider "Slideling" as part of Bunnymen Mark III group rather a Mac Solo. I'm still very proud to be a Bunnyfan. Henry _________________________________________________________________ Fixing up the home?
