Around 200 restaurants for every taste and pocket. There's everything from a sweet centre (Poojas) serving the best take-out potato samosas EVER, to a fine Indian fish restaurant on Trinity Road close to Bellevue Rd/Wandsworth Common, with a stack of cheaper cafes and great restaurants (Masaledar - #3.50 lunch menu, lovely decor), Lahore cafe (big fave in Time Out), Shri Krishna (gorgeous South Indian specialities - they now have THREE branches) and more. There's also a great Persian/Indian place at the beginning of Upper Tooting Road, forget the name. Highly recommended. It's where the locals go! ===================================================================== Bunnymen Online Presence: http://www.bunnymenlist.com * http://www.bunnymen.info * http://www.bunnymen.com * http://www.fotolog.net/sgtfuzz/ * http://www.villiersterrace.com * http://www.angelfire.com/wy2/discog/ * http://www.softskull.com/detailedbook.php?isbn=1-887128-89-6 * ====================================================================== ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 01 Feb 2006 15:56:54 -0500 From: rossnteka@aol.com Subject: Re: seven-seas Old messages/Tooting Curry Good to see you again, Raj!
