I heard St Louis whatever it's called in the car (so long ago now I can't even remember the proper title) I stopped the car so I could listen and find out who it was, I was stopped in my tracks coz I liked it so much. But yeah, they are good - saw them live - good show. However, in recent times, it's become more apparant that it's best not to mention too many bands other than EATB on here with any gusto.. It's just asking to be shot down !!! I'm off up to the north of England next weekend possibly can anyone suggest a decent place to go out? I was thinking about education sat in the pub tonight. I'm actually proud of people who attend top universities in this country who have attended comprehensive schools or who are off estates. I here a lot of people who say they have attended the "university of life" especially when I lived in Liverpool. If you educate yourself & work hard to attend a good university then you earn my respect. For example there is a college in Cambridge which has 70% or so comprehensive school kids attending. If you do away with student grants then this ruins the chances of some people who worked hard ! Education should be subsidised for where are all the doctors, teachers etc going to come from. strapped in debt & it just widens the divide. I had the privalege of attending university but I wouldn't want someone else not to on financial grounds !
