Jeez I used to love Gun Club !! Jack on Fire - brilliant. I saw a band supporting White Stripes one snowy night at Bridlington Spa of all places (usually a Bingo/Beetle Drive venue ?) called Blanche who did it - worth looking into. I thought from a distance they WERE Gun Club. Blanche did at the time have probably the best website I have ever seen, very Bonnie and Clyde. Google it now ! The only gig I ever recall falling asleep during was at Colchester, band called "Armoury Society" oh ha ha ha. I hear Electrafixion in there, too. There are hints of 'classic' this and that, and references to Bunny things past, but no ... this album doesn't go back. It stakes out its own territory. I'm liking it more the more I hear it. - K :) ===================================================================== Bunnymen Online Presence: http://www.bunnymenlist.com * http://www.bunnymen.info * http://www.bunnymen.com * http://www.fotolog.net/sgtfuzz/ * http://bunnymen.nexuswebs.net/ * http://www.angelfire.com/wy2/discog/ * http://www.softskull.com/detailedbook.php?isbn=1-887128-89-6 * http://www.neonhalos.blogspot.com ====================================================================== ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 12 Aug 2005 19:04:37 -0400 From: rossnteka@aol.com Subject: Re: seven-seas EATB USA tour dates! My head is still spinning this works out so well. I was worried, Red, I'm taking my family to New York for Thanksgiving week again this year. Sometimes things work out.
