I just CANNOT hear the Billy Bragg meets Sham 69 comparison! I only suggested them because of that Specials cover, which I still maintain is excellent. I can't really think of too many other new or newish albums that I could recommend to you, as you've probably got them all anyway! One thing I can say is DON'T waste your time with the new Nirvana boxset, unless you're a total and utter Cobain-worshipping completist saddo, which I'm pretty sure you're not! New on my playlist is The Dears......worth checking out, if you haven't already..... ===================================================================== Bunnymen Online Presence: http://www.bunnymenlist.com * http://www.bunnymen.info * http://www.bunnymen.com * http://www.fotolog.net/sgtfuzz/ * http://bunnymen.nexuswebs.net/ * http://www.angelfire.com/wy2/discog/ * ====================================================================== ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 27 Nov 2004 19:48:39 +0100 (CET) From: looloo Subject: Re: seven-seas The Ordinary Boys OT GRRRRRRRRRRR why do my 7cs emails NEVER seem to get through these days I sent a mail about the dears this morning but it hasn't arrived yet and maybe this one will get lost too :-(( sulking looloo > Message date : Nov 27 2004, 05:44 PM > From : "my_white_devil" > To : seven-seas@smoe.org > Copy to : > Subject : seven-seas The Ordinary Boys > (okay....how many more Morrissey-penned song titles can we have as > subject lines?!) > > I just CANNOT hear the Billy Bragg meets Sham 69 comparison!
