Why then has You Are The Quarry been re-issued this week, with a bonus CD containing all the b-sides of the singles released from the album? ===================================================================== Bunnymen Online Presence: http://www.bunnymenlist.com * http://www.bunnymen.info * http://www.bunnymen.com * http://www.fotolog.net/sgtfuzz/ * http://bunnymen.nexuswebs.net/ * http://www.angelfire.com/wy2/discog/ * ====================================================================== ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 25 Nov 2004 08:32:24 -0800 From: Charles Pham Subject: seven-seas Band Aid 20 - Video & Audio Not sure if this was posted already or not, but figured some may be interested: Video: http://www.7digital.com/downloads/bandaid/video.asp short Audio clip: http://www.7digital.com/downloads/bandaid/choosemix.asp ===================================================================== Bunnymen Online Presence: http://www.bunnymenlist.com * http://www.bunnymen.info * http://www.bunnymen.com * http://www.fotolog.net/sgtfuzz/ * http://bunnymen.nexuswebs.net/ * http://www.angelfire.com/wy2/discog/ * ====================================================================== ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 25 Nov 2004 21:01:35 +0000 (GMT) From: Stu Bird Subject: Re: seven-seas Paint A Vulgar Picture Don't get me started... This practice totally pisses me off.. It happened with Evergreen, and has on countless times since... The real fans go buy the album as soon as it's out, and then a couple of months later, the reissue with the extras.. if anyone deserves the extras, then it's the people who bought it first.. In a similar way, those of us who prefer vinyl always seem to lose out to the people who buy the "enhanced" cd. Now I may be wrong but I thought the whole idea of the "enhanced" thing was to try and stop people ripping off the album via the net etc.. Well vinyl isn't the easiest thing to convert ( compared to cd ) so again, the vinyl people should get more extras ( using their own reasoning etc ).. Bollocks to 'em all.. I'll download everything from now on.. Anyone got any good suggestions..
