Lots of Rufus Wainwright and some Mac but all in all it was a good 30 minutes, I thought. Didn't try to analyse the man & the artist ; it just simply asked the celebrities why they were fans and the contributions were pretty spot on. Got to agree with Shaz, though. Mac's version of Suzanne was fantastic and shamefully cut short. I'm sure it'll be released in some form at some point. It's on again tonight (twice) if anyone missed it. The Chuck D documentary, on afterwards, was rubbish though. - -- Barry Red wrote: > At 11:45 PM 11/18/04 +0000, you wrote: > >> just watched it...... >> >> they didn't show all of Mac doing Suzanne....boo!! :-( >> >> still, there were quite a few bits of Mac chat which is >> good > > > > There were a lot of Nick Cave bits too, I heard! :-) ===================================================================== Bunnymen Online Presence: http://www.bunnymenlist.com * http://www.bunnymen.info * http://www.bunnymen.com * http://www.fotolog.net/sgtfuzz/ * http://bunnymen.nexuswebs.net/ * http://www.angelfire.com/wy2/discog/ * ====================================================================== ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 19 Nov 2004 19:58:33 +0000 (GMT) From: Anne Gleeson Subject: Re: seven-seas What Leonard Cohen Did for Me What time tonight, Barry?
